Awesome customer service and excellent service technicians! We recently had our scheduled Service B completed, and the entire experience was outstanding. The process was smooth, professional, and far more convenient than dealing with the Mercedes-Benz dealership. The team was knowledgeable, communicated well throughout the service, and made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend them to any Mercedes owner looking for quality service and a hassle-free experience!

I've recently had the pleasure of leaving my car ('16 C450 AMG) with CW Performance for almost 12 weeks - for a LOT of work. Beyond the intakes and catless downpipes I already had on it, we did Weistec "big turbos" (stock turbo housings bored out), water methanol, ECU tune, TCU tune, and a variety of maintenance/repairs - including resealing the front differential, replacing the motor mounts, A/B service, new tires, new brakes, etc. Those 12 long weeks were filled with great conversations of the car's conservative power limit, boost issues, timeframes, planning, and more. Having only been built for two production years ('15-'16) it's not a particularly common car to begin with, and it's quite rare to see an M276 DE30LA motor modified to this extent - so it felt like a great learning experience for all parties involved. It was an overwhelmingly positive time with CW spearheaded by Janee Powell, and of course only possible with the help of all the technicians that worked on it. The names Adam and Allen come to mind, but I'm sure there were others working on the car considering the scale of the project. I have nothing but highly positive remarks about CW Performance and the people

I’ve been using CW Performance for years, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Their team is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain what needs to be done without ever making you feel pressured. What I appreciate most is their integrity and attention to detail. They treat every vehicle like it’s their own, communicate throughout the repair process, and always stand behind their work. If you’re looking for quality work, fair service, and people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend CW Performance. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Absolutely great company. CW Performance has exceeded all expectations. Trust worthy and honest technicians. Techs completed a triple flush for torque converter shutter with great success! Will definitely be back for any future needs. Janee in the front office will take great care of you

CW Performance has been the best Mercedes repair store I've found in the Triangle. When I went in there just recently for the first time, I met Kevin who was extremely professional and also very caring about what my needs were for the car. It's nice to have a warm smile when talking to someone about repairs that may need to be done to your car. I've gone to two other Mercedes places and they haven't even come close to the professionalism and the satisfaction I received when I picked up my 2012 Mercedes E550 AMG 4•Matic. When prices are high for something like this normally, CW Performance was extremely reasonable and done correctly. My car hasn't driven this well in quite some time, and it's because of them, I now enjoy driving my Mercedes again. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was a nice bonus when picking it up. They did a thorough check over my car and found out one of my turbos weren't broken it was actually a smaller part that controlled the turbos all together. It was only about $300 for the part and installation and it made all the difference in the world on how my car performed. It's little things like that, when you know you're dealing with individuals who know
